This is a community by perfume lovers, for perfume lovers. To keep the space welcoming and fun, here is what we agree on.
What we agree on
We're here for the love of scent
Love of perfume is the one thing everyone in the club has in common. Come to smell things, learn about notes, say out loud when something moves you. Everything else about the club is built on top of that.
Curiosity is the key
Curiosity counts for more than a collection. Some of us have smelled a thousand perfumes, some arrived last week, and neither is worth more at the table. We respect and welcome everyone.
Be kind
Everyone has their unique experiences. We don't judge personalities. We judge scents, share personal opinions, experiences, we can argue and debate and we do it with kindness.
Support the people who create
Independent perfumers, small houses and the noses behind the bottles are the reason any of this exists. Buy from them when you can, name them when you share their work, and tell them when you love it: a small brand hears that far too rarely.
No dupes, no fakes
We do not sell, swap or promote clones and counterfeits here. A copy pays nothing to the people who made the original, and a fake is a gamble with what you put on your skin. Decants and splits of the real thing are a different matter, and always welcome.
Let's keep this space fun, open-minded and safe, together.
Every member looks after themselves and after the people around them, which is the only reason it works. If something feels off at an event or in the chat, say so, or tell the team.
