How to book Perfume Making Workshop with a gift card

We post all our events schedule on Luma - https://luma.com/hel.perfume.club a few weeks in advance.
Delays are possible during holidays. If the future dates are not available, send us an email to info@helsinkiperfumeclub.com

In order to add you to the guest list, please send us an email request to info@helsinkiperfumeclub.com with the following info:
- Tell the date of the workshop (check availability on Luma first).
- Attach your gift card with the code for verification.
- Tell the emails that need to be added to the guest list. For example, your email and an email of another guest (if you have a gift card for 2 people).
- After that you'll get notification from Luma with all necessary details including the address.
Good to know
We organise 1-2 workshops a month in small groups (up to 9-10 people).
The gift card allows your to participate in public workshops according to availability, if the date is already full, check the next date or send us email request.
The spots can be available closer to the date due to last-minute cancellations.

Terms & Conditions
The gift card gives you a free entry to our Perfume making workshop 101 (OR other Perfume Making Workshops that mention gift cards in the event description).
It’s valid for 12 months from the purchase date (until the end of the month). For example, if you purchase it on Dec 10th, 2025, it is valid until Dec 31st, 2026.
Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit card
