About our team
We're team of 4. We're trained and have extensive hands-on experience in perfume making, perfume retail, events production domains.
We organise perfume events and workshops in Helsinki and we have the biggest organic network of perfume lovers in Finland.
We collaborate with selected niche perfume brands and artists, bringing together perfume and art enthusiasts and professionals.
About our community
We have over 2,000 fans and organise unique, popular perfume events in Helsinki. Over 700 people already participated our events and many are coming back.
We organise events a few times a month, accommodate around 20–25 people per event, showcase our partner brands and their perfumes in a nice setting, creating unique experience for the visitors to spend a few hours together. People just love it!
Event formats for brands
We have a few formats
Our main format is multi-brand themed events where we select a theme and present brands and their selected perfumes to our community, promote it on social media before and after the event.
During the event we collect the data and feedback and share back with the brands.
Meet The Brand format focuses on single-brand presentation, when we invite brand representatives to visit us and co-host the event.
Brand workshops – when a brand visiting us, we can also organise different kind of workshops, e.g perfume making workshop if brand's representative is a perfumer or other kind of themed events.
Art exhibitions – we collaborate with local artists and galleries and integrate scents into visual art giving unique experience for the customers.

Market research and insights
Being deeply connected to the perfume community, we have unique insights into what people truly love and desire in fragrances.
We partner with perfume brands to provide valuable feedback and actionable insights, helping them understand how their products resonate with the local audience.
We offer it as a research service for brands to get more data make business decisions based on that.
Online store: Dropshipping Program
We have our own online sales channel that we promote and grow through our expanding network – https://helsinkiperfumeclub.shop/
In addition to that, our events provide a vibrant, popup-store-like environment, from where we direct customers to our online store.
We collaborate with selected brands via Dropshipping agreement where we handle promo and sales and a brand takes care of order fulfillment.
